A crawl opens a tender's detail page only when the tender is new, its listing changed, or its stored details are over two weeks old, so Details fetched is normally much lower than Active: the other tenders keep the details saved by earlier crawls (that is what Details stored counts; a dash means the portal is read from its listing only). The crawl runs once a day. A source that failed keeps its last good data on the site, so its numbers may be out of date until the next successful crawl.
